How to Shop and pay for your purchases

If this is your first visit to our store you can browse and view the large selection of material, however to purchase an item you will need to create an account. You can do this by selecting the “sign in” button near the top of the screen above the pictures of the stamps. You will be asked to provide an email address and create a password. Please note that we do not have access to your password information so make sure you save this password information in a secure location. When you create your account you will be asked to provide your shipping address. We use this information to calculate the appropriate S&H and any Sales Tax that may apply.

To buy stamps in our store simply click on the item you wish to purchase, select the quantity required (if more than one copy is available move the scroll bar beside the quantity box to select the desired quantity). Then click “add to bag“. This will add the item to your order.

A button ” continue shopping” will then appear. Selecting this button will take you back to the store and you can continue shopping.

When you have finished shopping select the “go to Checkout” button. You can change quantities or delete items from the shopping bag at this time.

If you have a discount coupon, copy and paste (or type) the code in the Coupon Code box and click the “apply” button.

To complete checkout select the “Checkout” button below your final total. You will then be asked to verify your Shipping Address. If more than one delivery method is available, select the method you want us to use. Then select the “Continue” button.

You will then see two options; Payment by Credit Card or Money Order.

When you select “Credit Card” you will be asked to confirm that the billing address is the same as your shipping address. Then select the “Continue” button. This link will take you from our website to the secure Moneris website where you enter your credit card information and complete the transaction. We do not see any of the information you enter on the Moneris website and none of this information is stored on our website.

Moneris is a Canadian company owned by the Royal Bank of Canada and the Bank of Montreal and provides secure credit card processing services to both retailers and e-commerce.
